The 6th sense

 What is the 6th sense?

First of all try to read the following out loud and very slow. It might make a point.

The 6th sense is simply brain functions that take part in the subconscious level of the mind, but more or less some of us can perceive them in a conscious level.

I would actually say that we all can perceive them; we have the ability to, it is just whether we want, care or bother to, whether we notice it, experience it, or whether it holds any interest to us. As you will see from the following article in Brain anatomy and consciousness analysis, we tend to focus our attention on certain things that are of our interest or concern, and thus this way lot’s of information becomes subconscious because we simply don’t take it into consideration, not even for a split second. Each one of us has his/her own personality, way of thinking and pretty much all the attributes that characterize us and make us individual. It is totally up to us whether we going to become more self-aware of subconscious information and signals that the brain supplies us with or simply not bother. After all, some of us do give a damn!

Is a very interesting way to see it, and it is much better than keep talking mambo jambo about the subject. Is about time to link paranormal with factual understanding and expand our knowledge and perception in the matter.

Introduction

Yes the 6th sense exists, but it might not be just a sense, such as taste and vision, but a result of the complexity and fast processes that our brain consists of. Many of these processes happen so fast and in a way that we don’t get to perceive them consciously or properly at most times. We can be unfamiliar and uncertain with how to interpret the nature of these signals and we doubt them as the conscious mind will always intervene and slow down the process of realization. That’s because we tend to analyze and think over various cues that we perceive from our environment. Even if we know that they act on a subconscious level, we still don’t pay attention at this extra information that our brain supplies us with, at all times. Somehow our conscious mind does notice subconscious information, the processes do communicate in a certain extend but they are fast. After all the connection and limits between subconscious and conscious are matters of perspective.

Our lack of understanding of how our brain works and this excitement for superstition has led us into either be shallow and apathetic towards it, uninterested or ignorant, curious and amazed of it, or simply confused as we don’t know what to make of it. Is like walking on a rope, trying to balance between science and factual understanding, versus paranormal, self experience and awareness. But they both drive us after all. We need both. They both raise questions, observe reality and insist on answers and speculation of the subject, they strive to prove the facts and the lies, to explain the unexplainable. That’s evolution of understanding. And we wouldn’t have achieved it if we didn’t notice things that on the first sight they may seem crazy, silly or paranormal but on the second thought, hey they are there and ignoring them is more like disillusioning our selves and deny to evolve. Research is needed, an everlasting strive to acquire knowledge, a never ending battle to learn and understand our nature and the universe. And for every new step there is a need to change our perception.

So is better to look towards brain functions rather than paranormal. See, the moment that we try to explain something as extraordinary we simply condemn it to sound illusive. Yet is good to keep our minds open, and even if science cant give a reason for everything that concerns the 6th sense, we can always still believe in these extraordinary things, just so we don’t forget them, by implementing them into our lives, society or culture and thus keeping them alive and expanding our knowledge of personal experience on it.

Spirits, 6th sense, magic, everything has an explanation but the point is how many years, eons, millennia will take for us to understand them and how we change our perception about them thru out time.  That’s the most important.

So in order to speak of the 6th sense we need first to explain what the conscious levels of the mind are and what they are for. Then we won’t only be able to explain the 6th sense but many more things that arise thru our magnificent brain. See, it doesn’t always have to be hocus pocus!

Does magic exist?

Scientifically? Probably not. But we accept spooky events as a paradox. We can’t explain them yet, but we observe them. One could be entanglement, when 2 particles at different locations seem to communicate with each other on an instant moment. That’s information travelling rather faster than light. And as the speed of light is still considered to be the max speed limit, such ‘’telepathetic’’ properties that these particles posses cannot be explained when using our current theories.
The million possibilities arise down to the subatomic level, and thus a dozen of parallel realities come into play, refer to M-theory/Multiverses. Could we summon magic by picking a different reality or accessing a parallel world? It sounds like science fiction indeed. Could we entangle our minds into the world?

Is true, that out of our every single moment and action, various possibilities arise, I can lift a glass of water and I can instantly have a few options: to move it further, to just hold it, to drink water, to smash it, to do anything I want with it, and so I consciously decide which reality to pick, yet all the possible realities may do still co exist with mine. This way science itself promotes scepticism and enhances the complexity of the real world, by using some crazy amount of maths and spicy reasoning.

But magic is a bit more than this, is energy, is alchemy, and it is power.
We see magic as an inner potential and this is where science cannot help us much, this is where the limitations appear in the subject and it moves into a paranormal research rather than a factual study. Neurology could just about improve our knowledge when it comes down to brain functions, by explaining our wiring, activation of certain neuron areas and even chemical production based on our moods and thoughts.

We’ve all heard of magic potions, magic rituals and all kinds of paganistic practises. Yet the reality behind them is distorted. While lots of it is based into ancient practises, which they may feature some mystical knowledge of the Old, many of the rituals and ingredients have been altered due to neo paganism or new age spiritualism. Lots of information has been lost or burned, especially during the dark ages and so on, while other go back way in time into the ancient world, where again we have acquired some information thru excavations, but much of it cannot be deciphered.

So how can we say that the validity of the rituals holds any true power?

Spoken words during a ritual, inspire focus and resemble to that of a prayer. Prayer is a form of meditation. So it can relax the mind, and thus the body. An excess meditation can probably even affect parts of the brain. A ritual that involves prayer and repeatable actions might be a form of paganistic meditation.

Lets see what science has to say about this: Neuroscience will support the belief of re wiring our brain thru meditation. While science, will discuss the possible results in the activity on the brain, as brain scans have indicated this activity.

The idea is that thru meditation we come to believe that we can control and balance our emotions versus our ability to be rational and put thought into various matters, before acting on them. Thus lesser the unnecessary emotions, and replace them with more positive and creative thinking. That’s because meditation seems to affect the left prefrontal lobes, and thus strengthen it, nourishing it, unlike the amygdale that is responsible of our primal emotional irrational reactions, and lots of activity on amygdale can be very much a cause of stress.

So that is one proof of meditation been benefiting, thus paganistic practises, religious prayers and all sorts of focused meditation and rituals, can be benefiting towards the brain and our well being.

But how could this be magic?

Well neuroscience experiments have shown how our thoughts can actually affect our brain wiring, production of chemicals and thus our physical body. Then positive thinking methods seem to influence our daily life. In a few words our thoughts have power over us, our lives and our world. Still this information is not enough to show any form of magic thru rituals or meditation. So to be factual, science would disregard any potential paranormal effect that rituals could may have.

Primal communication ability

                          My thoughts about language

The evolution of language is a progress that came thru our mental process. We developed language because we have the ability to mentally perceive and interact with our surroundings, based on a psychic mechanism of communication. This is the origin of speech and writing.  Thus we could probably explain the use of symbols in a less primitive manner, as it is a way to unify our mental communication abilities, which is mainly a genetic potential. Biology, neurology, psychology all support research and explanations of the human perception. Sociological studies explain this transition and expression of mental to social evolution and psychology is nothing more than a parallel and deeper study into these subjects. As Sigmund Freud would say, the ability of a purely mental communication is primitive to us, as we dismissed it thru out evolution. Current studies of thought point it as a form of energy, thus the Ergo of thought can be expressed as a physical mean; bodily chemical functions, physical reactions, including language and many more.

There would be no evolution in any possible way if it wasn’t for our quite sophisticated mental process. That only indicates that we genetically have the ability to do it. Language is an ability of thought and vision, expressed into a physically based coding system. If we never had the ability to communicate and find a middle ground between us thru out the process of thought, we should never have been able to form a language. So language simply expresses our basic mental ability of communication. A genetic potential expressed in an intellectual manner.

If we couldn’t think, we would be good as dead. What define our lives is thinking, an unconscious mind is that of a dead mind. Biologically if we think, we are alive. What am trying to point out is that yes we did a great language development thru out the millennia but it will never fully express or match the sophisticated design of our mind. So it will never be the highest form of communication even though it has led into technological and many more types of revolution. Still, I don’t believe that it can fully express our genetically mental potential but only partially support a coherent form of communication within educational and sociological means.

Now days we have turned a portion of our mental processes into words of coherent thought. Language actually translates some mental processes into a code that we can understand and share with others. But it cannot match or even overcome the complexity of our minds. It cannot account for the complexity of the world itself. The code of language is not sufficient enough in order to translate the complexity of the world that we could otherwise perceive. With one word, this process is incomplete.

And we are very much dependant into our knowledge of words and sentences in order to think; our interpretation of these words as well the pool of these words that are available from person to person and the way that we combine them. So our process of thought is very dependant to language now days.

Our perception of thought is now based on a language system of coding; it is like our second nature. We think with words and images and we express part of our thoughts with words, as well with other chemical and body reactions. Lots of our thoughts still remain into the darkness of our minds, and even more of our thoughts, never been analyzed or taken into proper consideration, or even pointed out correctly. It seems that by coding our mental process with language, it makes it really hard to catch up with the complexity and speed that our brain operates at.

This delay is created obviously because language acts like a transformer between us and our mind, us and our surroundings. Information turns into words and into thoughts, thoughts turn into words and into expression of information. So words are always the middle process that we have to go thru in order to comprehend things and communicate. Is an extra stage that we have to go thru, thus it creates a delay between us and our minds, and between our mind and our surroundings. And the efficiency of this transformer is different from person to person, due to education, psychological aspects and many more reasons. Is pretty much similar to processes of energy conversion, and am wondering if there is a way that we could skip this ‘’virtual transforming chip’’ called language and make the whole mental-physical process to be faster? And this is the primitive mental ability that I mentioned earlier and that we have forgotten about. The ability that we have never worked on; our ability to communicate with the environment and our selves, without having to use a transformation code. But simply do it in a natural sophisticated way that is based on our genetic design.

If through mental process we can create coding systems, languages, technology and so on, then through mental process we should be able to do exactly the same thing but not be dependant in the artificial way that we have implemented thru out history. All the artificial methods that we have used, have been developed only because we have already the ability and mental potential to do it anyways, artificially or not. Our design seems to be an amazing mechanism but we have never seen it this way, we have never realized that our achievements imply that we are a sophisticated model that is waiting to be discovered.

To summarise, we have artificially induce words into our mental process. But I wont go into extended analyzes or possible suggestions yet about this subject, as I would like first to continue on the ancient science evolution.

This is just my humble opinion; call it a feeling or a logical assumption. After all, inspiration is what moves the world.

Language

                                     Language

It comes in speech and in written form. Is the code that we use to transmit information and it is extremely important to us, from the early days that scientific ideas started to develop, to today’s modern world. Of course there are many more ways of transmitting information such as body language.

Some say that before language was even developed, we used to communicate with incoherent sounds and body movements. Then eventually we started to ‘’draw’’ symbols and signs that we gave a meaning to. Slowly thru this processes language was developed. Now this sounds like a lovely story, at least the most comprehensible view of the history of language as it is known today.

The history of language goes really back in time, much before the popular to us ancient languages appeared. Some of these early forms of languages have not been successfully translated yet and we need more archaeological evidence in order to distinguish them.

                                          Palaeolithic Revolution

We have mainly evidence of paintings in cave walls that date back to 20.000BC
It seems that the Palaeolithic human had a very artistic approach of how to express his ideas about the world.
Actually back then they could draw better than I can. Quite amusing but even with the sophisticated tools of pencil and fine paper, I still can’t draw animals that good or even shade them properly.
Their communication method is suggested to be very primitive, comprised of incoherent sounds and maybe a few symbols.

                                              Palaeolithic cave art

                                  Undecipherable Language Systems

Archaeological evidence of these language systems, date back to 7000BC-5000BC (Neolithic period). They resemble to hieroglyphics (signs and symbols), but they are not similar to the ones that specialists are familiar with. So they cannot be translated and we cannot directly relate them to the development of the later form of languages, although they do have some common points between them. What we can assume is that these symbols were organized and improved thru out the history, in order to form our today’s languages.

I would guess that during the Neolithic period, there were indeed various forms of symbolic communication but they seem to be quite incomplete. An example I could give is e.g. a Neolithic human saying something like ‘’Sun… god…up …’’ pretty much trying to communicate with a very poor vocabulary, forming incomplete sentences. We see this kind of example many times when we try to communicate with foreign people.  We only speak a few words, combined with body movements, hopping for someone to understand us. E.g. when asking for directions in a foreign country.

These symbols weren’t letters, but they were logograms and ideograms, expressing a word or idea, as well pictograms, in that case pictures. This helps us to understand that language didn’t start as an alphabet, but mainly as symbols that small tribes would agree on their meaning. E.g. the leader of the tribe would draw a circle and point at the sun! Then they would all know that this is going to be the sun.

They probably made phonetic attempts to express these symbols with sound and slowly memorized them. This is also similar to how you slowly teach a little kid how to speak. By using books with drawings and repeating the word. By showing things to them and keep saying the word. It is a basic method of early communication.

Eventually, much later on, when they had developed a certain vocal speech and a more complete graphical representation, they decided to somehow break these words down into segments and thus create syllables and the letters of the first known alphabets. But it took a few millennia for this to happen.

                                          Proto-literate symbol systems

A few millennia later, these first civilizations had become experts into symbolisms and thus developed the first decipherable languages, such us hieroglyphs and other similar symbol systems. It was a mix of logograms, ideograms and phonograms, syllables and even symbols for letters comprising the form of language that started from around 3000BC. Unfortunately we haven’t found all the missing links between the first undecipherable and later on, more decipherable language systems, thus we cannot fully describe the transition from one to another. We can logically assume that within these first 6 millennia that we have evidence of symbols and even full tablets of signs, that these tribes slowly improved and developed their methods of communication. So the first logo-syllabic systems were formed.

Now to some might seem as a primitive form of communication but apparently it seems to be a quite advance form of language. It is mostly because of its complexity and rich symbolic terminology. There seems to be a strong visualizing aspect into understanding and expressing such forms of language, rather than the simplistic form of an alphabet. The symbols used were simple forms of geometrical signs and other random designs, to even very artistic and amazingly pretty drawings.

Alphabet

We do have evidence of ancient symbols that resemble to letters, but we cannot prove whether this led to the formation of an alphabet. Apparently they used these letter like symbols in order to transcript other languages. There are many gaps in historical evidences that lead into many isolated languages, causing confusion and arguments between specialists. We haven’t found any links that could explain the existence of certain ancient language systems. Most of these theories are hypothetical. Still within the last 2 millennia BC we have found evidence of alphabets and other symbolisms that we cannot fully explain the link between them. But by putting all this evidence together, we can easily see that the first attempts of symbolic communication evolved into smaller segments, in the attempt to unify the various language systems into alphabetical ones, to support methods of translation between those ancient civilizations. It is logical that they had to work on creating a practical coding system, so they can communicate with other civilizations, exchange all kinds of information and as well to promote trade.~

Alphabet is just a code that is used for analyzing language itself. Even in today’s language that we speak, we mainly use words (phonograms) to express our thoughts and letters are mainly a code in order to write and read and also in order to translate one language to another. So yes we did coded logographic symbols into the simpler form of letters and syllables in order to integrate them. But words will always be the main principle behind language expression. In a better attempt to explain this, I would say that they are mental pictures that we express as words and we code with letters. Although thru out the years we kind of lost the idea of the visual mental part, it doesn’t change that it is a fundamental concept of language, a tool that is meant to enhance communication and increase understanding. But we will come to this later.  There are many theories of how our today’s language formed and where it comes from, but none is fully proved. I would only guess that thru out history, the ancient civilizations borrowed each other’s symbols and adapted them into theirs, to slowly improve their system and this led us into the current form of languages that mainly started a few centuries BC.

Cuneiform seems as a more logical approach to today’s alphabet. It has triangular angles and shapes that would fit in better to the Greek alphabet. The Indo European models of language are the most dominant theories that suggest the origins of our today’s language.

Still in schools we were taught of the most dominant theories that exist, because if you start pointing out the many different theories of language origins to kids, during this early stage of education, they will probably just get confused. We got to teach history as a coherent story of events and later on, when we grow up, it is up to us to look closer into these various theories and possibilities, and make up our own mind.

Introduction

                                                              Ancient Science

While we are studying the Modern Science, would be wise to pay respect to the ancient Science, as it is the pre-genitor of the modern one.

We are going back in time that a scientist used to be something between a Philosopher and a mathematician, astronomer, mystic and many more. Back then science would come thru inspiration, observation and deep thinking. They would make many hypothetical assumptions and get lucky some times. Definitely they were great skepticists, and they had what I would call visionary minds.

In order to understand what existence is and the laws that govern our lives, in order to organize us into a functioning system, in order to evolve and protect ourselves from the mercy of the old gods, in order to measure the stars and the earth, we needed to look into philosophy and into the world itself.

Tribe by tribe and race by race we copy and share our knowledge with each other, we borrowed and exchange information for our quest to understanding.

There have been many mistakes and many misunderstandings that have been corrected again and again all the way along history.  Is the earth flat? No is not flat but is the centre of the cosmos. No, is not, the sun is the centre of the universe. Oh then the sun must be the centre of our galaxy? No is not, apparently a super-massive black-hole happen to be the centre of each known galaxy. Is our galaxy the centre of the world? No… wrong again, we are just one of the many galaxies and we haven’t found the so called centre of the universe..

Still some ancient civilizations seem to know much more than they could measure with the basic tools that they had knowledge of. All we can conclude is that we lost a lot of information thru out time. Information been destroyed or lost, or still hidden waiting to be discovered.

So let’s look closer into this scientific evolution. There are a few but very important subjects that we need to take into account.

Psychic vs Science

                            Introduction

It’s great to see that science is now tentatively studying so-called ‘psychic phenomena’. Although the steps taken might not producing hugely informative results as yet, in terms of explaining psychic abilities and phenomena, it’s a great start.

A worthy mention must be given to Sigmund Freud, for noticing that people possess psychic abilities that we are not usually aware of, and that this is actually part of our personal make up, in some primitive sense.  This has been pretty much forgotten due to our focus on the outer part of us; the material evolution. Psychiatric studies have always shown this psychic potential that we have, but our scientific tools cannot help us to understand it, thus we ignore it.

It is quite important to emphasise that I have always believed in psychic ability, although it is really hard to have a descent conversation about this subject, as it almost always ends up in misunderstanding or derision.  This is not helped by those who profit from other people’s weaknesses and lack of understanding and knowledge, such as the magazine psychics and horoscope writers (only £1.50/min…) or the psychics portrayed on ghost hunting TV shows.

Still, this subject is truly intriguing and plenty of exciting conversations happen on a daily basis, throughout the world, about psychic phenomena. Just sitting down with your friends, chatting about a ghost someone has seen, having a feeling something specific is going to happen, or recalling coincidental situations - these lead us to wonder… do we then posses psychic abilities and, if so, why can’t science prove or properly investigate these things? As long as science doesn’t have the tools or correct solid base to properly conduct research, we end up losing faith in what we’ve experienced.  As no explanation is available, we come to believe that it is all probably some trick of nature or just our imagination.

                             The Mind

With the evolution of physics we get much deeper into the so-called rabbit hole. We discover that a vacuum is actually energy, we become familiar with antimatter, and we start the quest to explore dark matter. Even more important is our depth of studies into the subatomic world.

We may be able to only observe things based on the scale that our eyes mainly operate, but by quantizing those things we come to realise that they are energy, and actually a whole new world of what I call the ‘subatomic universe’, lies ahead of us.

Particles of all kinds – quarks – etc, comprise what we call reality, but this is not the reality we can observe with naked eye, this is the ‘’invisible’’ reality within the one that we perceive. These things were pretty much invisible and unknown to us before we developed the right technological tools in order to study and understand them.

In the distant past, scientific knowledge came though observing the visibly material world, the solar system and matter itself. Later on, with much more improved tools, we came to finally discover the subatomic world. That’s a great evolution, but we haven’t finished yet.  In fact, we’ve really only just got started! Imagine now, how much more tricky it would be to observe energies that are invisible to us, especially when we have no tools, or indeed, any idea of what these energies may be, or how they work. I’m talking about our thoughts and specifically the power of our minds.

Neurology, archaeology, quantum physics, psychology, and many more scientific branches came together to slowly help us start digging for information about us; not just in terms of the universe and the world around us, but our mind vs the world, our perception vs quantum mechanics.

As I explained in a previous blog post, classical physics is based more on our perception - pretty much the way we observe and understand this world with our own minds. Quantum mechanics is based on the world before we observe it and affect it with our minds.  The world in its true form. As I mentioned previously, consciousness comes into play, as it is the main link between classical and quantum worlds.    Consciousness is a very important factor in understanding and realising our psyche. You’ve got to be open to a little bit of everything – the classical way of thinking makes for a great observer, while the quantum way of thinking leads to being open minded, having a multi-sided point of view, with space for improvement.

How many people can do that? How many of us can let our mind free, without forcing it to operate under our self-developed mould; a model that we consciously create in order to filter information that doesn’t suit us at the present moment, only allowing specific information to be reached within our conscious mind.

Our brain has the ability to accept a huge amount of information, but we only pay attention to a very small percentage of it. Yet, all this huge amount of information must lay somewhere in our heads… somewhere that we may call the subconscious mind.Because we don’t use or pay attention to all the information entering our brain, it doesn’t mean that it magically disappears from our head.  It simply means that we have filtered it out, only consciously working with the information that is more suitable to us.

This shows us something about our ego - a quite important part of our personality and way of being.  Our ego is the most dominant part of our consciousness, and so becomes our consciousness itself. The reason that it becomes so dominant is because, as I said earlier, it is our immediate link between the quantum and the classical world.  It is what we are and what define us - it is extremely important to us. We obviously quantize our own self, separating it from the unified system that we live in, by saying I AM.

In the past, we could only observe and understand the visible world, and as such could not see that everything is actually connected on a micro scale, that defines our subatomic nature.  The quantization of the whole, that leads us to a new concept of unity and sameness.

Science has made a huge jump in just a few years, changing what we know about our existence and the universe. Suddenly we are all made of the same building blocks/particles, and the more scientific tools evolve, the deeper we can look into this micro scale that define the universe and us within it.

Ego doesn’t belong to this new age of scientific evolution.  It is left over from the pre-technological age; a quality that we are quite unsure of how to get rid of or perhaps are not even willing to. However, without our ego been so dominant, we can open our minds and see that we are all nearly one; connected; unified.

No matter how much more science is going to evolve, it will take a great astonishing step for it to shake the sociological superstitions that we live with.  Those ancient models given to us by the first tribes that ever existed – the fabric of society itself and this day to day need for survival and material accomplishment, including our emotional needs that we are very much addicted and dependant to.

It might take many generations, for us to fully perceive that our emotions are nothing more than a chemical function. That we are nothing more than a system of particles; our unseen subatomic nature and many more things that hold us back and let us live in superstition.

While we have entered an age of technological advancement and unlimited information at our fingertips, our consciousness remains medieval in comparison to our technological progress. While technology is evolving day by day, at the same time it take us whole generations for our perception to change and for our minds to progress into a next level of understanding and thus free ourselves from superstition and even more, our strong ego.

So, what about the person that tries to balance their ego with all the conscious parts of their mind?  How do they perceive information?   Well, if the average person can only consciously perceive a small amount of information, a psychic person can, simply put, perceive far more. The reason why is simple. Psychics are not as judgemental as an average person can be. They filter far less information than an average person and, as such, let more information enter their conscious mind - like leaving the doors open, if you will.  Even if they don’t fully agree or understand all this information that enters their brain, they still don’t dismiss it, but rather just keep it there, to be used when the right time comes. This way they set the basics for self progress and thus look forward into the future.

While the average person may let information related to their 5 senses access their conscious, and mainly keep their mind busy thinking about specific information, others allow more multiple views to be accessed by their mind, in the form of energies; thoughts, feelings and visions. Some call it the 6th sense. I’ll simply call it an internal brain function.

Our brain is just able to receive far more information than we can consciously perceive. This is scientifically proven. We end up using only a small percentage of our brain, while the rest is pretty much not ‘’usable’’, because we simply do not try to access it, we don’t want or don’t know how to make use of it. This is the self-developed mould that I mentioned earlier.

A person with less ego and a more quantum way of approaching things, will lower/suspend their objection and judgement, so they can let energy/information pass through to their consciousness.  They will simply stop for a moment being the so-called ME, but instead enter another state of mind where they look inside themselves to see what is happening there. They look into their minds.

Amazing things are happening.  It is like visualising your own self, or looking at yourself from another perspective - observing yourself in a quantum way. In that sense, it is not just You, but is You, watching You. Sounds strange eh?    As I said, not many of us will ever reach this level of consciousness. We are far too stuck in our stereotypical way of being.

Slowly by observing your own mind, you start finding out so many new things! Information that you cannot prove or understand how it even got inside your mind. Information that the average person will simply dismiss in an instant.    If we let this information enter our conscious mind, maybe even analyse it, or hold it and wait to see when it might become useful; this is where you start seeing into the future and deeper into the present.  Perhaps noticing the reasons behind things may not be as they seem to be, that your past has a purpose and is fully linked to you.

Sounds like Philosophy - what a wonderful subject.  Somehow it seems that science and philosophy are somehow merging with each other. Deep thinking and creativity seems to be a greatly needed component for scientific progress, together with experimental and educational applications.

As you keep living your day to day life, you come across situations where you confirm the information that you didn’t dismiss in the past – that information where you couldn’t understand its origin, or you couldn’t prove its relevance at that point in time.

You start realising by experience that your brain knows so much more! If you look into your mind, all the answers may be there and all the information may be accessed.  You’ve become comfortable with it.  It becomes a part of yourself and your way of thinking - a part that lives in much more harmony with your ego. You, thus your ego and your mind - all this amazing amount of information that your brain receives, becomes friends. Hey, you just became friends with yourself!
But there is long way to go, because you still live in this superstitious world where archetypes and limited way of thinking holds you and everyone else back.

At least in these moments that you feel alone and confused, in a world of ignorance, you have a good friend to talk to - your own self.
It definitely gives you faith and makes you feel more determined to continue on this hard quest towards your so-called enlightenment.
It is the internal process of self discovery, where science will always set the limit, as it holds the proofs that can be accessed at that specific point of time and stereotypes will be the force that slows you down.

Those of us that possess psychic powers, have a greater understanding of the information that flows into our brains, and thus a more sharp 6th sense, or more vivid way of manipulating the energies that appear as thoughts, visions and so on. These people have a deep internal understanding of the connection of everything in the world. Before science came to talk about unification and superposition, or even entanglement; before science was used to explain the subatomic world, these people had their own realisation that their mind produces some form of energy that seems to affect things around them.  That space and time doesn’t really matter on these occasions, or indeed, even natural laws of physics, because these phenomena seems to operate on a different level to what classical physics can explain. These people are aware that there are energies that enter their brain which they cannot consciously observe the logic behind, but apparently they accept that their brain simply can access an amazing amount of information. These people are scientists of their own self.

Science will simply come to verify what psychics have understood just by experience. And even though the reason behind science might be totally far from intending to explain the psyche, still it slowly builds a solid base for us to understand more about it.

Random number generators have proved the power of our intention e.g. telekinesis. Experiments with water have proved the power of our thoughts and quantum physics have proved this underlying connection between everything.  Not forgetting entanglement - a magical subject! Things being connected whatever the space and time.

Experiments with brain monitoring have come to prove that we actually can affect something when we focus on it, and psychology provides a deeper understanding of consciousness and ego. Neurology comes to explain the way our brain functions and all of these together give us a solid base from which to understand what we may call psychic abilities - that is, nothing more than a natural function of our brain and a natural function of the universe itself, the world and all within it.

I will continue with posts in the future, where we can look closer into scientific relationships vs our psychic.

About this blog

Archemetry sounds like a word that could nicely describe some short of new science. Yet we are ment to create  science. The idea of intuitive understanding and creative proccess. Is smart , is honest and an intelligent approach towards the various subjects that relate into our existance. And as this blog will evolve, you will be able to see how Archemetry works.

This blog is not created just in order to announce cool scientific findings and various theories, but mainly for likeminded people to express their thoughts about various theories and share theirs. Lets try to be a bit more unique heh!

The subjects range from ancient science to the one of today. From language to mathematics to geometry to physics to philosphy and many many more.

Still this blog is under development and will take sometime for me to build it up with various subjects that interest me, including my own personal scientific projects.

The idea is to encourage people to also share their theories and even link into more interesting sites with intriguing information that could inspire us.

Feel free to mail me at yrez@archemetry.com with any subjects that you feel that would might fit in, that I could include in this blog or even with your own theories that I could link into this site.

Feel free to post and comment aslong you respect each others view and you aim for a constructive outcome. Am not a person that supports negative energy or flaming/drama, as I consider it as a highly unintellectual approach towards others.

I do apologize in advance for my limited English and many gramatical and vocabulary mistakes, but I am not English neither have studied much the english language. Still my english are good enough to help me pass my point thru, in a simple way.

Have fun and be creative! It beats boredom! hehe

Quantum Consciousness

                                 Introduction

A trip from philosophy to todays quantum theories, from science to the understanding of our existance. Quantum got that one thing right!  Time does not exist, except into our minds. Quantum got the second thing right aswell, connection of particles over distance in multiple spaces, something that the simple mind can hardly realize. But by seperating classical physics from the quantum theories, it only creates a gap between our human perception and the true essence of the world. Yet we are called to understand something that we cannot perceive with our basic senses, that translates into an overcomplicated quantum system, that the average person can hardly comprehent. Still, I ve always found quantum physics to be overly fashinating, they represent what I would call; a modern mind. But behind this modern mind, are the amazing attempts of scientists to explain the unexplainable.

Our consiousness is quite minimal when we consider the average understanding we have about the world and ourselves. And someone could directly disagree with that, claiming that our achievements thru the eons that have passed and going to pass, are a great proof of understanding the world that we live in and thus ourselves. Still the mysteries remaining are bigger than our findings, the missing links that lead into misinformation and disillusion. While at any moment, a new theory can reverse and even totally annihilate an older one, changing complately our prespective for the world. And last but not least, conservative parties that tend to hinder advancement of science.

Either way we are much better at observing the world from inside the box, than from outside. This is where I feel that quantum physics have taken a great step towards a new direction of quantum science, a free minded observation of the world, instead of the linear perspective of the classical physics. Still I feel that these two need each other in order to progress and many more.

So the middle line between quantum and classical worlds is consciousness as Mr. Stuart Hameroff MD would also say. With a few words I interpret this as the way we actually perceive the world. In one side, you have the quantum world or with a few words the true essence of our world and on the other side we have the human perception that leads into a conscious understanding of the world but always within the human perspective. So our consciousness is the middle line and thus our connection to the world and energy itself.

Now just to be honest, we dont really need quantum physics in order to understand that, consciousness is a trully simple concept. But it requires a scientific approach in order to analyze it and observe it in a more intellectual manner.  See; the average person has the basic ability to understand its connection with the world, science has the tools to study it and only intuitively we can all overcome science or even our lack of high end education by simply trust our consciousness in order to succeed a higher degree of understanding.

In a personal manner, the ideas of quantum consciousness are something that I have realized before I even knew that quantum consciousness theories even existed. It was actually recently that I came across their theories and watched their videos. And it was for a good cause, as quantum consciousness theories appeared in my life at the moment that I trully needed it, as a reminder to never stop trusting myself and my intuitively way of understanding the world. They say sometimes that 1+1=2 and yes logic is something irrelevant from person to person and only relative to our level of consciousness which differ from person to person aswell, as various factors affect this level.

There is no much more to say for now. for those that are not familiar with the concept; you can read more on the Quantum Consciousness developement  or watch the dvd series of various scientists explaining the idea and studies behind it, that can either buy from Quantum Consciousness dvd ; or for the non collectors, you can try to find the video series in youtube by searching more about quantum consciousness.

So we can agree that science has taken a small step towards understanding consciousness. Still there is long way to go.
